Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders of $125 USD or more. Local pickup and USPS Priority Express shipping are available when applicable.
All jewelry, handbags, and accessories are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. In select cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Yes. Our handcrafted Esferas by Chloé pieces include a complimentary warranty covering chain, cord, and clasp issues. Damage caused by misuse, drops, stone breakage, or normal wear is not covered.
Our jewelry is made with stainless steel, 18–24K gold-plated stainless steel, acrylic, resin, and semiprecious stones.
Natural variations are part of each piece’s uniqueness.
We recommend storing jewelry in a dry place, avoiding chemicals, and handling acrylic, resin, and stone pieces with care.
